Bald Eagles

Bald Eagles

We are presently in a bay between East and West Rouse Islands, just West of Little Current.  One morning, we see this bald eagle flying over us to a tall tree.  It starts calling its mate

which arrived shortly after.  Wow, now we have 2 beautiful bald eagles overlooking the bay.  To get a better picture, we got closer on the dinghie.

By the time, we got there, one had left.  To make sure I can catch it if it flies away, I changed my camera setting to Sports, which takes a few pictures per second.  We were amazed to see the details of the wings, beak and eyes.  Wonderful!
