Frank has always been saying that he'd do the baking on the boat. He's keeping his promise. He practiced a few times at home - successfully I'm proud to say. He brought a
few recipes; and I made sure he had all the required ingredients in the galley. As I'm no longer buying bread when we travel by boat, he started with this one (see photo).
